FAQ

Laser Cutting: common questions

What thicknesses can you cut?

Up to 25 mm (1″) in carbon steel, 12 mm in stainless steel and 6 mm in aluminum. When quoting, we confirm the thickness and edge quality for your part.

What files do you need for a quote?

A PDF drawing or DXF or STEP files, with material, thickness and quantities. If you only have a sketch, contact us.

Do you do prototypes or only production?

Both: from a single test part to high-volume production runs. Rush prototypes in 24 to 48 hours.

Can you deliver to the United States?

Yes. We deliver directly to your plant in the United States, with regular deliveries throughout the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas.

What if a machine goes down?

We keep backup Cutting heads and Laser sources on site to keep your production running non-stop.

Can you bend and weld the cut parts?

Yes. We have CNC Press Brake, Plate Rolling, MIG/TIG Welding and Laser Welding, CNC Machining and Assembly.
