Waterjet Cutting for metals, plastics and composites

We cut almost any material with an ultra-high-pressure waterjet: steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, engineering plastics and G10 / GPO3 insulators, up to 7″ thick. No heat, so the material keeps its properties.

SPECIFICATIONS

One process for almost any material

Two high- and ultra-high-pressure Waterjet systems cut metals, plastics and composites with no heat, from thin sheet to 7″ plate.

No heat-affected zone

No hardening, no warping: the material keeps its properties. Ideal for heat-treated steels, aluminum and composites.

Heavy plate

Cuts up to 7″ thick, well beyond the reach of Laser Cutting.

Non-stop operation

Our own in-house stock of spare parts and a complete backup intensifier on site.

Single-source supplier

After Cutting: CNC Machining, CNC Press Brake, Welding and Assembly, all in-house.

FAQ

Waterjet: common questions

What thicknesses can you cut?

Up to 7″ (178 mm), depending on the material. When quoting, we confirm thickness, edge quality and cutting time for your part.

What materials do you cut?

Metals such as carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, titanium, copper and brass, and non-metals such as G10, GPO3, fiberglass, carbon fiber and engineering plastics.

When is Waterjet better than Laser?

For heavy plate, materials that must not be heated, and non-metals. For thin sheet in volume, Laser Cutting is usually the better fit. We’ll recommend the right process.

What files do you need for a quote?

A PDF drawing or DXF or STEP files, with material, thickness and quantities. If you only have a sketch, contact us.

What if a machine goes down?

We keep our own stock of spare parts and a complete backup intensifier on site to keep your production running non-stop.

Can you deliver to the United States?

Yes. We deliver directly to your plant in the United States, with regular deliveries throughout the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas.
