Plate Rolling for cylinders and curved parts
We roll sheet and plate up to 1/4″ (6.35 mm) thick into cylinders, arcs and curved sections. Cutting, Rolling and Welding in-house: your curved parts go from Cutting to Rolling to Welding without changing suppliers.

Curves made to your drawing
From the first test arc to production: we roll every part to the radius on your drawing and deliver it ready for Welding, painting or Assembly.
From Cutting to Rolling
We cut the sheet with Laser Cutting and roll it in-house, without changing suppliers.
Curvature check
We check the curvature against a reference template before Welding or painting.
Rolling + Welding
We weld gussets, tabs and brackets onto the rolled part.
Ready to install
After Rolling: Welding, painting, hardware insertion and Assembly.

Rolling: common questions
What thickness can you roll?
Up to 1/4″ (6.35 mm). The minimum radius depends on material and thickness: send us the drawing and we’ll confirm.
What parts do you roll?
Cylinders, arcs and curved sections, as loose parts or as part of a welded sub-assembly.
How do you check the curvature?
We compare each part against a reference template before it moves on to Welding or painting.
Do you also cut and weld the parts?
Yes. We cut with Laser Cutting, roll and do the Welding in-house, all with one supplier.
What do you need for a quote?
A PDF, DXF or STEP drawing with material, thickness, radius or diameter and quantities.
Can you deliver to the United States?
Yes. We deliver directly to your plant in the United States, with regular deliveries throughout the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas.
