CNC Tube Bending for frames and tubular parts
We bend round steel tube up to 2″ (Ø50.8 mm) OD on a 3-axis servo CNC bender with a hydraulic mandrel, with bends up to 190° that repeat the same way across the whole run. Bending and Welding in-house: your tubes move on to Welding, painting and Assembly without changing suppliers.

Hydraulic mandrel
The mandrel supports the tube wall through the bend to prevent collapse and wrinkling.

Tube bending: common questions
What diameter can you bend?
Round steel tube up to Ø50.8 mm (2″) OD with a 2 mm wall. For other diameters, walls or materials, send us the drawing and we’ll confirm.
What radius and angle can you do?
Bend radius up to 300 mm and angles up to 190° per bend. The minimum radius depends on diameter, wall and tooling.
Do you need special tooling?
Each diameter and radius combination uses its own die set. With your quote we’ll confirm whether we already have the tooling or it needs to be made.
Can you make parts with multiple bends?
Yes. The CNC control programs parts with multiple bends in different planes and stores the programs to repeat the part on every order.
Do you also weld and paint the tubes?
Yes. We do the Welding, painting and Assembly in-house, all with one supplier.
Can you deliver to the United States?
Yes. We deliver directly to your plant in the United States, with regular deliveries throughout the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas.
